We have an integrated U-Bolt manufacturing facility with an installed capacity of 2 million parts.
Additionally, our plant has the following facilities :-

  • Press Shop - equipped with mechanical and hydraulic blanking and deep drawing presses from 25 to 300 tons. Also equipped with welding, drilling and finishing facilities  
 
         
   
         
 
  • Machine Shop - equipped with manual / auto and CNC turning centres, upto 40mm bar capacity and 250mm chucking capacity. Also equipped with centreless grinding and thread rolling facilities  
 
         
   
         
 
  • Forge Shop - equipped with forging presses from 16 upto 130 tons and both induction and direct heating facilities. We also have some SPMs purpose designed for auto-component manufacture
